If you don’t have a way to get to your health care visits, First Medical and your Municipality can help with transportation. Each Municipality has some ways to help you get to your visits. Call First Medical at 1-844-347-7800; TTY/TDD users should call 1-844-347-7805, or call your local Municipality for help.

First Medical and some providers also offers transportation for some members through care management. If you need the help of a Care Manager and you do not have one, call First Medical at 1-844-347-7800; TTY/TDD users should call 1-844-347-7805.
